  I bought fish from there often. Staff is always super helpful and knows what they're talking about. Some employee, I'm not sure about his name but his nametag said "Bread", was absolutely amazing. He caught on the the names I gave the fish and wrote them on the bag. Very helpful.

  Every time I have visited Nature the employees have been very helpful, especially the fish department. Everyone I've spoken to in the fish department was very knowledgeable or able to get someone with the appropriate knowledge. They also asked me a number of questions that showed me they truly care about the care of the animals they sell, which I appreciate!

  The staff, particularly Jen and Erin, were extremely helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed to adopt and care for my new cat. It was a wonderful experience and it is abundantly clear that these people love the animals they are looking after.
